2. What data we collect
Only what you tell us: your name, email, phone, message text and order details when you contact us via the form, WhatsApp, Telegram or email. For delivery, the recipient address and details. If you subscribe to our news, your email address.
Your cart and chosen language are stored in your browser and are not sent to us.
3. What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, prepare and sew your order, arrange payment and delivery, issue the invoice and handle warranty and returns. If you subscribe, to send you news by email; you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Legal basis
Performance of a contract or pre-contract steps at your request (an order, an enquiry), compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax) and, for the newsletter, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries, as long as needed to answer them and then no more than 1 year. Order and invoice data, as long as the law requires (by default up to 6 years). Newsletter subscriptions, until you unsubscribe.
6. Who receives it
We do not sell your data. It is only received by the providers needed to deliver the service: delivery companies; PayPal for PayPal or card payments; Netlify, which hosts the site and keeps orders in its private storage; Resend, for sending emails; Telegram, where we receive an internal notice of each order; WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram if you write to us through them; and our tax and accounting advisers.
Some are outside the European Economic Area (for example in the USA) and operate under EU standard contractual clauses, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or other appropriate safeguards.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to info.mitbrand@gmail.com. If you believe your rights were not respected, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

See our Cookie policy. In short: we only use technical items that are necessary; there are no advertising or analytics cookies.
9. Security and changes
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page.
