2. Made-to-order products
Our bedding sets are made to order, in the model, fabric, colours, sizes and embroidery you choose. Photos and colours are indicative: the real colour of the fabric may vary slightly depending on your screen. If an item is available from stock, this will be stated clearly.
3. Production time
Making your set takes 7–10 days from when we confirm your order (and its payment, if required). If we expect a delay, we will tell you. Delivery time is counted separately, once the set is finished.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT (IVA). Shipping is free to mainland Spain; for the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries we will tell you the cost before confirming the order. The available payment methods are shown at checkout (PayPal or bank card). The order is accepted only after payment, and the contract is formed when the payment is completed.
5. Shipping and delivery
Once your set is finished, delivery to mainland Spain takes 2–4 working days. For other areas we will tell you the time when confirming the order.
6. Withdrawal and returns
Items made to order or personalised (to your size, colour or embroidery) cannot be withdrawn from or returned, in accordance with Article 103(c) of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
Items from stock may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging. We will refund you within 7 days of receiving the parcel. To start a return, write to info.mitbrand@gmail.com.
7. Legal guarantee
If you receive a defective item or one that is not what you ordered, write to us and we will repair, replace or refund it in accordance with the law. Products carry the legal guarantee of conformity that applies to consumers.

9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may also go to the courts of their place of residence.
